"God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
God's love can be illustrated by His work on the cross at Calvary. God sent his son Jesus Christ, who was without sin while he was on earth, to die for our sins. God is sovereign and thus He was in control when His son was beaten, crucified and buried. Jesus Christ's death paid our sin debt. We can now enter the Kingdom of God because the death of Jesus Christ. Christ did die, but rose from death to prove that He defeated sin . Only those who believe that Jesus Christ is their one and only Lord and Savior and believe that by His grace and not of any works, shall enter the Kingdom of God.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."
God's grace is another example of His love. We are all born sinners, all except for Jesus Christ. Keep in mind, God did not have to send His son to die for our sins, nor does He have to give us grace. He does loves us, no matter what race or gender. No matter what sins you have committed, no matter where you are at in your life, He loves you. However, He does not love our sins. As God has loved us, we should love Him by not wanting to sin against Him.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus."
